Some users complained that they could not receive the FREE PIN after filling out all the necessary forms. We sent an E-mail to Callingcard for more information on this issue and we will post the official reply from CallingCard. We hope that this reply can give you a help.
Dear Steven,
The 10 free minutes are processed through an automaated system daily; every few hours. Not all orders for free minutes are approved.  If we receive duplicate requests or if a duplicate IP address is involved, the carrier will not issue PINs to that email address.  Also, please check your spam and/or junk email folders; sometimes our emails are filtered and sent to those folders by your email provider. We are not responsible for emails not delivered due to filters on email accounts.
